Let's Exercise!!

 Exercise is very important for us to live.
The reason is that if we don’t have a exercise, we will be fat. This leads to become sick. So we need to have a exercise.

What kind of exercise will be good for us? One is to walk. The hard exercise may be hard for us, but we can continue to do this without overdoing. Such an exercise is called "aerobic exercise." It means that I take time and exercise while taking in oxygen in the body. This is a way of the most efficient exercise. Please try it.

Another is to do "Billy’s Boot Camp." I have done this for one week, and an abdominals have been broken. However, this returns to an original figure unless I continue it. I think that it is difficult to do this every day. Therefore it is important that we do simpler exercise. If you do some exercise for health, I recommend "aerobic exercise."
